Aitor Martínez
A Galicia-based artisan and sculptor specializing in green wood turning, trained at the Escoulen School in France and winner of Spain’s 2025 National Craft Award.
Driven by a passion for hollow forms and the exploration of volume, he creates unique pieces where living wood transforms into contemporary design infused with character and sensitivity.
About the Workshop
• 80 hours
• Training is based on practical exercises and technical demonstrations focused on mastering specialized tools and machinery.
• Two applied projects are developed to put into practice what is learned across six modules.
• 12 students per workshop
• Prerequisites: Basic lathe operation skills
