Program Overview
96 hours of training: 72 hours of in‑person classes and 24 hours of independent work, giving students the opportunity to address questions and reinforce their learning throughout the program.
The learning process is based on hands‑on exercises and technical demonstrations aimed at developing mastery in vertical loom weaving, including color planning, composition, calculations and warping, density control, and the execution of plain tapestry and kilim techniques, concluding with blocking, cushion cover assembly, and a technical specification sheet.
Students are expected to produce two to three cushion covers and create samples of plain tapestry, color changes, and joining techniques to replicate and apply what they have learned.
12 students per workshop, ensuring personalized instruction.
