Knitting, Patterns, and Color
In this diploma program, students develop the design and construction of a sweater using basic Jacquard colorwork, working from a controlled color palette and density samples to ensure proper sizing and fit.

Program Overview
96 hours of training: 72 hours of in‑person classes and 24 hours of independent work, giving students the opportunity to address questions and reinforce their learning throughout the program.
Learning is based on hands‑on exercises and technical demonstrations focused on mastering yoke construction, strand and float management, color dominance, and essential finishing techniques such as necklines, invisible seaming, blocking, and comfort and durability testing.
Students complete four practice projects, applying the skills learned across four instructional modules.
12 students per workshop
Prerequisites: Knowledge of knit and purl stitches, increases and decreases, and basic chart reading.
