Bookbinding:
Turn leather into unique, high-value pieces

The bookbinding program focuses on teaching manual techniques for creating books and notebooks by assembling folded sheets into signatures and stitching them together to produce unique, handcrafted pieces.
The curriculum covers everything from the fundamentals of identifying different types of paper, boards, and leather, to the folding and sewing of pages, and the construction of covers and finishing processes. Students work with a range of materials and traditional tools used in the craft to develop high‑quality, personalized bookbinding projects.
